About Us

History:

§   The company used to be a part of conglomerate “Zastava HTD” – Ohrid.

§   1972 – production of safety belts started according to the approvals from “Britax – Kolb”– Dachau – Germany,for production of safety belts with retractor type: 1301 and buckle type: 1504.

§   1977 – Started to work in the present premises.

§   1987 – Granted new license from “ Britax – Kolb” (today Autoliv) for production of safety belts – retractor type: K3 and buckle type: KST 1

§   01/10/1994 became independent company.

§   26/03/1997 – Share holding company with 100% private capital.

§   2000 – New buckle type SPO 1 introduced.

§   2001 – New factory opened: “SIPO – EGYPT” in Cairo, 100% SIPO ownership.

§   2001 – New factory opened: “RBV” – Vintai, Russian Federation, 51% SIPO ownership.
